The general conditions of sale herein rule the whole relation between the seller Solazy (SARL with the capital of 7500Euros, 10 avenue Andre Chevrillon 92210 SAINT CLOUD, registered with the R.C.S of Nanterre # 494 217 359 RCS) and the buyer, its clients.
These conditions are automatically transmitted to the client when an order is placed.
Therefore, placing an order implies that the client agrees entirely with these conditions of sale with the exception of all other documents including catalogs given by the seller, which only have an informative value.
Any alternative conditions imposed by the customer will therefore be ineffective against the seller, unless otherwise specifically agreed, irrespective of when they were notified of said condition.
The fact that the seller does not, at any given time, invoke one or all of the present general conditions of sale, does not imply that they renounce their right to avail themselves at a later date of any of said conditions.
The present general conditions of sale are liable to modification at any time and without prior warning by SOLAZY, any such modifications will be applicable to all orders placed after said modification.
The pictures presenting the products are not covered by this contract. If any mistakes were introduced, Solazy will not be held responsible.
According to the article 1641 of the civil code : The seller must disclose any product defect which would make the product impossible to use for the purpose for which it was sold, had the buyer been aware of such defects.

Nevertheless, the order is considered complete only when the bank card has been debited.
Product offers depend on stock availability. In case of out of stock condition Solazy informs the buyer via e-mail for an exchange or your money back guaranteed.
Solazy reserves the right not to confirm an order for whatever reason, particularly regarding products availability, or a problem regarding the order (ex :illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseen problem concerning the delivery. Solazy is committed to inform its client by any means at its disposal.
Any new order will only be accepted after payment of a prior order.
The delivery is made throughout Europe on schedule directly to the recipient, who will be notified in case of his/her absence. Unles specified, the packages are sent via postal services trackable colissimo in France or Europe.
Seller can’t be held responsible for any mistakes made by the buyer at the time of the order such as Name, first name, address and phone number, which would make the delivery impossible.
Delivery schedules are indicated as precisely as possible.
The goings beyond of delivery periods cannot give place to damages or pursuits.
Nevertheless if after 2 weeks beyond the scheduled delivery date, the product still hasn’t been delivered for any reason beyond a catastrophic event, the buyer will be able to get his/her money back.
Are considered catastrophic events : natural disasters, wars, riotrs, strikes, accidents and impossiblility to be rescued. Such events discharge the seller of its responsibilities.
The seller will keep the buyer informed of such events whenenever possible.
The proper delivery can only take place if the the buyer has respected his her obligations towards the seller.
You have 48 hours to notify us in writing of any discrepency between the product received and the placed order. If the package is damaged upon delivery the buyer must either refuse it or make the post office take a notice of it.
Any returns must be agreed upon by both buyer and seller
In the event of a product recall issued by the seller due to a defective or non-compliant product, the customer will be entitled to a replacement free of charge or a gift voucher of an equivalent value, with the exception of all other indemnities or damages. The product should be returned to the seller in its original packaging within 48 hours.
